Mortgage Planning Approach

As a mortgage consultant with Amerifund Lending Group, I provide financial solutions for individuals and families to assist in accomplishing their purchase or refinance goals.  My goal is to become a trusted financial advisor for life to my clients.  I strive to earn this privilege through three major steps:

Step 1: During the interview process, I carefully listen to the client describe their current financial situation (where they are now) and I establish their priorities regarding their financial  wishes (where they want to be.).  I then match their present financial situation and future financial goals with a mortgage solution that is structured to accomplish those goals.

Step 2: Once my client and I  have agreed on the loan program to meet those goals, I expeditiously close the transaction and keep my client informed and educated throughout the process. 

Step 3: After the loan closes my job truly begins.  Through consistent application of my database and Clients for Life contact program, I stay in touch with my clients on a regular basis by advising them how to maximize the rate of return on their real estate investment, thereby, helping them attain new real estate related financing goals.

In essence, I strive to earn the privilege of becoming a trusted financial mortgage advisor to my clients by providing them with extraordinary financial value so they think of me as an integral part of their financial lives.  It is at this point that they become clients not just for one transaction...but "clients for life."

She brings a simple philosophy to the financial services she provides - guide clients through the mortgage process to help them secure the best financial solutions to achieve their real estate goals.

A California licensed Real Estate salesperson; I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles. I am in fluent in Spanish.
